Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator Near Santa Ana, CA

JOB SUMMARY

Spectrum Killian is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Experience Administrator to join our Commercial team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting sales, enhancing customer experience, and assisting the Onboarding Team. This position requires working across all company sites and collaborating closely with various departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Support the Commercial team in managing data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Onboarding Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions, sales activities, and onboarding procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Other Duties:

  • Other duties as required by the CCO or Management

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPIRIENCE:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with ability to understand the need and urgency to execute.
  • Good quantitative analytical skills with ability to solve problems.

· Ability to translate data into actionable information and drive positive results.

· Ability to identify and address issues

· Proficiency Microsoft Suite experience.
